13:00 The Public Accounts Committee will meet virtually to be briefed by CASIDRA on the factors which led to a breakdown in the non-payment of invoices during the 2024/25 financial year and how the Entity will avoid a recurrence of a similar nature; and the internal controls to prevent irregular expenditure, including the steps that the Entity has introduced to avoid a similar recurrence.
