(a)   (i) How many new clinics are planned to be constructed during the year and (ii) where will these clinics be located, (b)(i) how many clinic projects are expected to be completed during the year and (ii) what is the current status of each project, (c)(i) what budget has been allocated for the construction of clinics and (ii) how is this budget distributed across the projects and (d)(i) what timelines have been set for the completion of each clinic project and (ii) what measures are in place to ensure that these deadlines are met?
