(a)  What capacity-building initiatives has his Department undertaken to support (i) councillors and (ii) municipal officials in improving governance and service delivery over the last two financial years, (b)(i) if such initiatives have not yet been implemented, are there any plans in the pipeline, (ii) what are the details thereof, (iii) what are the expected timelines and (iv) what are the objectives and (c)(i) what has been the total cost of these initiatives to date or (ii) what is the projected budget for the planned inter-ventions?
