(2) whether the school has a special-needs classroom; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
(3) whether his Department is currently constructing a new school in Nduli or surrounding areas; if not, why not; if so, (a) what are the relevant details and (b) which communities will this school accommodate?
