- (a) What is the detailed financial expenditure report of the KSE Kraaifontein Tehuis for the (i) 2022/23, (ii) 2023/24, (iii) 2024/25 and (iv) 2025/26 financial year to date and (b) what is the total expenditure on (i) salaries, (ii) food and groceries, (iii) utilities and maintenance, (iv) medical supplies and healthcare services and (v) administrative and other operational costs in the same period;
- (a) how many (i) professional nurses and (ii) home-based carers or care assistants are currently employed at the KSE Kraaifontein Tehuis, (b)(i) what is the number of other categories of staff (including social workers, cleaners, cooks, administrative staff and security) employed at the KSE Kraaifontein Tehuis and (ii) what are their (aa) job titles and (bb) functions and (c)(i) what is the total number of residents currently at the facility and (ii) how does the staffing complement align with the required care ratios;
- whether his Department has received any reports of deaths or serious incidents involving neglect at the KSE Kraaifontein Tehuis from 2022 to date; if so, what are the details of (a) the number of incidents reported and (b) any investigations under-taken, findings made and consequences for those who were found responsible?
