With regard to the R1 billion that was received from the Premier in the 2019/20 financial year when funds were diverted from Education and Health to fund the Law Enforcement Advancement Plan (LEAP):
(a) What is the breakdown of the use of the funds and (b) who were the beneficiaries of these funds?
