With regard to the new Computerised Learner’s Licence Test (CLLT):

1. (a) How many online tests were attempted from 26 May 2025 to date, (b) of these attempts, how many were (i) first-time applicants and (ii) repeat applicants, (c) what was the percentage of the overall pass rate for the online examinations during this period and (d) what was the pass rate of the various testing centres where the online system has been implemented in the province for this period;
2. whether the language proficiency of the online test was independently assessed before its implementation; if so, (a) how was the assessment conducted, (b) which company or organisation conducted the assessment and (c) what were the findings or outcomes of the assessment?
