With reference to his reply to question 4 of 20 March 2026:
In light of his confirmation that 71 schools in the province have been identified as being built wholly or partially with inappropriate materials, including asbestos, and noting that the applicable norms and standards prohibit the use of asbestos and require provinces to plan for and report on the eradication of such infrastructure:
(1) Which 71 schools are affected and (b) what is the nature and extent of asbestos or other inappropriate materials present at each school;
(2) whether each affected school has been subjected to a formal risk assessment; if so,
(3) whether a plan is in place for each school; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
(4) (a) which schools have been earmarked for (i) urgent intervention, (ii) remediation, or (iii) full replacement and (b) what are the (i) time frames and (ii) budgets attached to each planned intervention?
