How many cases of rape have been recorded on (a) primary school premises and (b) sec-ondary school premises where the perpetrator was (i) an adult employee, (ii) an adult learner or (iii) a child learner in (aa) 2020, (bb) 2021, (cc) 2022, (dd) 2023, (ee) 2024 and (ff) 2025 to date?

My department has informed me of the following:
Statistics on cases of sexual offences against children are available, although
these do not provide the level of detail that is required about who the alleged
offenders are and if the sexual offence is specifically classified as rape. These
statistics also do not indicate whether on or off school premises as they are
based on Form 22 data.
