Infrastructure

(a) What is the current status of all existing housing projects in the Western Cape and (b) for each project, (i) what is the total estimated cost, (ii) how much has been spent to date, (iii) how many housing units have been completed since the commencement of the project and (iv) what progress has been made during the current financial year and (c)(i) what are the main causes of any delays experienced in the implementation of these housing projects and (ii) what measures has his Department put in place to address such delays?
