(1) (a) What rollover requests have been made to the National Treasury by (i) the
Provincial Treasury and (ii) provincial departments and/or provincial entities in the
2025/26 financial year, (b) what are the details of the (i) rollover request amounts,
(ii) projects for which rollovers have been requested, (iii) original budget per
department or entity and (iv) reasons for the rollover requests, (c) whether an
indication can be given of consultation with the relevant department, (d) what has
been the response from the National Treasury about the requests and (e) what is the
status of each request;
(2) whether a list of rollover funds from the 2024/25 financial year can be made
available; if so;
(3) whether the funds had been spent to date; if not, why not;
(4) in the light of the upcoming budget adjustments, whether her Department received
requests for rollover of funds from the Provincial Treasury
