(a)What is the number of land invasion incidents recorded in the period 2020 to 2025 to date according to (i) location of each and (ii) projects or intended land use that were impacted, (b) what is the delivery impacts of these invasions on projects, including (i) delays, (ii) cancellations or (iii) additional costs, (c)(i) what is the court processes and costs incurred for each matter and (ii) whether any cost orders were made in favour of or against the Province, (d) what is the operational costs associated with addressing land invasions, including (i) the removal of structures, (ii) site security and (iii) other related expenses, (e)(i) what is the cost of providing alternative accommodation or temporary relocation for affected persons and (ii) what are the funding sources used and (f) what steps are being taken by the Province to recover or secure costs arising from these incidents?
