(a) (i) What is the current number of funded posts in the South African Police Service (SAPS) and (ii) how many of these posts are presently vacant, (b) of the vacant posts, how many are in the ten police precincts that consistently record the highest number of murders nationally and (d) what measures are being taken to prioritise the filling of vacancies in these high-murder precincts?
