With reference to the career-building opportunities advertised on the Department of Infrastructure’s website, namely the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP), the Masakh’iSizwe Bursary Programme, the National Youth Service (NYS), the Contractor Development Programme and the Youth in the Built Environment Programme:

(a)  How many applications were received from residents in the province for each programme, (b) how many opportunities were granted to successful applicants for each programme in (i) 2022/23, (ii) 2023/24, (iii) 2024/25 and (iv) 2025/26 to date, (c) of those granted opportunities in each programme, how many were awarded to (i) males and (ii) females, (d) what was the total cost incurred by his Department for each programme from the 2022/23 financial year to date and (e) what measurable outcomes have been achieved through each programme from 2022 to date in terms of (i) skills development, (ii) certification or qualifications awarded and (iii) employment placements whether (aa) temporary or (bb) permanent?
