In respect of his Department’s budget expenditure on human settlements in the 2024/25 financial year:

(a) What is the detailed breakdown per (i) subprogramme and (ii) conditional grant as at end of (aa) September 2024 and (bb) March 2025, (b)(i) what were the Minister and Members of Executive Council (MINMEC) priorities, (ii) what were the targets for the year and (iii) how did the province align its (aa) plans and (bb) expenditure with these priorities and targets, (c) what (i) is the number and (ii) are the details of projects that contributed to 40% of the budget being set aside as a priority, (d) what was the allocated budget for (i) land acquisition and (ii) re-blocking in his Department’s original business plan and (e) what was his Department’s expenditure breakdown at the end of (i) September 2024 and (ii) March 2025?
