(a) What is the (i) number of youth cafes in the province and (ii) breakdown per munici-pality, (b) what (i) services are provided at these youth cafes and (ii) is the number of young people who benefit from these cafes per month, (c) what is the total amount that is received by each youth cafe per month and (d) what (i) is the source of funding for each youth cafe and (ii) are the details of the donors and funders, where applicable and (e) what was the total expenditure of his Department on youth cafes in (i) 2019, (ii) 2020, (iii) 2021, (iv) 2022, (v) 2023, (vi) 2024 and (vii) 2025 to date?
