With regard to the recent flare-up in gang violence in Khayelitsha, Manenberg, Mitchells Plain, Lentegeur, Mfuleni, Delft, Kraaifontein and Guguletu:
- What is the vacancy rate at each of these police stations, (b) what is the average case rate of detectives at each of these police stations, (c) what preventative measures does the SAPS have in place to deal with gang violence flare-ups in these communities and (d) what is the vacancy rate of top management for each of these precincts?
