(2) whether the allocation provided is a financial allocation; if not, (a) what is the (i) form and (ii) exact provisions made to schools, (b) what was provided to learners and (c) what is the breakdown per (i) grade and (ii) race; if so, what are the relevant details?

The Sanitary Dignity Programme falls under the provincial Department of Social Development, and the member would need to direct the question to provincial the Minister of Social Development.
