Whether there are any LEAP officers deployed in the areas of (a) Philippi and (b) Philippi East; if not, why not; if so, what is the total number of the officers deployed
Answer Body:
1. (a) There 45 LEAP officers in Philippi comprising 40 Learner Law Enforcement Officers and 5 Supervisors.
(b) Philippi East: 192 (174 Learner Law Enforcement Officers and 18 Supervisors)
- Total deployments into both areas is divided into 4 shifts to provide a 24-hour supporting law enforcement capability
