With regard to the surrendering of funds to the Provincial Revenue Fund and National
Treasury between 2019 and 2024 to date:
(1) (a) How much has been surrendered to the (i) Provincial Revenue Fund and
(ii) National Treasury by each of the departments in (aa) 2019, (bb) 2020, (cc) 2021,
(dd) 2022, (ee) 2023 and (ff) 2024 to date, (b) what is the detailed breakdown of
(i) the funds surrendered for the compensation of employees (COE), (ii) the funds
surrendered for goods and services and (iii) any other expenditure;
