(1) How many schools in the province offer SeSotho as a subject at (a) primary, (b) intermediate and (c) high school level;
(2) whether the language is being phased out in the province; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
[1] According to our records no primary or intermediate schools offer SeSotho as a subject. However it is the Language of Teaching and Learning in two primary schools in the Western Cape. Four [4] high schools in the Western Cape offer SeSotho Home Language as subject.
