The right of Members to put questions to Ministers is an important part of ensuring the executive authority’s accountability to the Provincial Parliament. Questions may be put to Ministers related to their spheres of responsibility. Replies to questions are either given orally in the House or in writing. With regard to Conradie Park (Conradie Hospital Better Living Model):
(1)    (a) What are the residential opportunities in the Conradie Better Living Project, (b) what are the income ranges that qualify for these housing opportunities and (c) what are the timelines for their availability;

(3)    what is the progress of the project;

With reference to City of Cape Town v Morning Star Development and Upliftment Initiative (MDUI) and in light of the COVID-19 current lockdown situation and the ongoing legal process between the City of Cape Town and the MDUI, where 166 units have been standing vacant since September 2018:
